Hi, I’m Jessica Clark from The Lark Life—a quilter, pattern writer, and instructor with a passion for making quilting modern, approachable, and fun. I started Lark Quilts in 2021 as a way to share my love of fabric, color, and storytelling through patterns that inspire creativity and connection.
Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful quilting can be—not just as a craft, but as a way to slow down, create with intention, and connect with others who share the same spark for making. That’s what led me to create our online quilting community the the Lark Learning Lab: a welcoming space where makers gather each month to learn, grow, and stitch side by side (even from miles apart).
Inside the community, we dive into new skill-building project patterns each month, with live instruction and group sewing sessions that make learning feel collaborative and fun. It’s more than just quilting—it’s about being part of a creative circle that cheers you on, celebrates your progress, and inspires you to keep making.

Not at all! We’ve designed the summit to be welcoming to beginners and engaging for seasoned makers, too. Every workshop is about sparking creativity, building confidence, and giving you new tools and ideas to take back to your sewing space.

Everything happens online—no travel required! Once you register, you’ll receive access to the full schedule, workshop links, and your attendee portal. You can join live from your computer, tablet, or phone, and enjoy the sessions from wherever you’re most comfortable.

No problem. We know life gets busy. All sessions will be recorded and replays will be available for a set amount of time (we’ll let you know exactly how long), so you can catch up, rewatch your favorites, or pause and sew along at your own pace.

Most sessions can be enjoyed with the tools and fabric you already have. Some instructors may provide optional supply lists if you’d like to stitch along, but you can also just watch, learn, and soak up inspiration for later.
