I am so excited to collaborate with you to create a high-value, unique virtual retreat experience for quilters.

The Quilters Collective is a 3-day virtual event happening March 24-26, 2026 that will help quilters unlock their creativity and discover new techniques while connecting with each other in an engaging community.

In addition to a smooth and organized experience, as a speaker you'll receive:

Speaker Benefits

Let’s get into some details. Here’s how the Quilters Collective virtual retreat will work.

The event will run from March 24-26. Presentations will be pre-recorded, about 20-minutes in length, and can include promotion of your related freebie.

I know you're busy, so there won't be a scheduled live component for this event. Instead, I will have a dedicated post for each presentation in the attendee Facebook group. This is where they’ll go to ask questions and let you know how much they loved your talk! It will be great if you check in a time or two during the event. It’s a great chance to engage with the attendees, answer simple questions, and point them to additional resources you have.

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have about three weeks of promotion. I'll provide swipe copy and graphics to make it all easy. Each speaker is required to promote at least once via email and once on social media to ensure everyone benefits, but anything above and beyond that is totally up to you, your goals with affiliate commissions, and how much you'd like to support the event.

During the promotion phase and as the event is running, I’ll promote the All- Access Pass. This includes ongoing access for the replays, a workbook with notes and action steps for each presentation (which I will create), extra live sessions, and additional bonuses we’ll all throw in. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and additional email addresses. Win-Win!!

How It All Works

 What I Need From You

While events like this are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program where you’ll receive a commission from all sales you refer to the event.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers

  • 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus to the Designer Power Pack

The pricing structure will be:

All-Access Pass

  • $42 for 20-minutes after initial opt-in

  • $54 from March 3-23

  • $67 from March 24-30

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

Just remember to use your affiliate link which I will email to you.

Payouts for sales will be made by the end of November.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
